In order to determine exactly where safety risks exist for the machine operators, the Fiessler experts will support you with the risk analysis. We will be happy to take a look at the machine in question directly on site, or you can send us several informative photos. We also need a precise description of how the machine is to be used. We are also the right contact for all legal questions - we are familiar with all legal standards and safety regulations, both nationally and internationally.

In order to draw accurate conclusions, Fiessler's application consulting takes into account each of the many factors that may be relevant. These include, for example, the machine model, the environment, accessibility, integration capability, availability, productivity requirements and changeover times ...

In safety technology, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Standard-compliant, repeated safety tests are mandatory. In accordance with the operator guidelines, the systems must therefore not only be checked carefully before initial commissioning, but also during repeat inspections at specified intervals. Our experienced service staff therefore inspect the current work situation directly at the customer's premises and check, for example, whether the correct distances are being maintained, whether the light barrier is still correctly integrated, etc.

We offer our customers a maintenance contract for these checks. Incidentally, this is valid worldwide: in non-German-speaking countries, we work with a network of competent, certified experts who have been trained by us.

As the world market leader in press brake safety, Fiessler Elektronik also has an excellent command of modernizing older press brakes. Using the circuit and hydraulic diagrams of the relevant system, we can analyze exactly what needs to be replaced or added. We offer the right components and take care of the installation - a well thought-out, ready-made solution.

We deliver spare parts worldwide - even as express deliveries by air - and maintain the supply of spare parts for many years. In addition, we even repair photoelectric sensors that have been in use for 20 years - such a long service life is not uncommon given our high quality.
